The Personalized Education Program (PEP) Scholarship

The Personalized Education Program (PEP) Scholarship which offered through Step Up For Students, provides an Education Savings Account (ESA) so you can customize your child’s education.

Your child cannot attend a private or pubic school with this scholarship.

With the scholarship funding families can purchase instructional materials, curriculum, and other things included in the purchasing guide. They can also use their funds to cover services provided by a Choice Navigator (regarding the required student learning plan, to answer your questions, and provide other support that may be needed to in regards to the program). These funds can also be used to cover the cost of a local co-op, in person or virtual private teaching/tutoring, and more.

•The student must be a resident of Florida.

•The student should not be enrolled full-time in a private or public school.

•Application: Families must apply through Step Up For Students and meet any additional criteria set by the organization.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year open Feb. 1st and close April 30th.
